Over-valued real estate #34 - Orlando, Florida
After a while, these charts start to look the same. Heck, they are all the same. They all represent massively over-inflated house prices. I bet that within a year, they will still look similar. The only difference will be that the blue line will be a lot closer to the pink line.
In Orlando, the blue line is 72 percent above the pink line.
