Over-valued real estate # 25 - San Diego

San Diego is suffering from a terribly inflated bubble. It is one of the worst in this great country. The housing price index is over 300! Most other bubbletowns are straining to reach 280; most are in fact lower. Prices in San Diego are 110 percent above trend. Over the last five years, the price of a single family home has increased by 120 percent.
