Over-valued real estate #10 - Seattle

Seattle is one of America's more unstable real estate markets. A boom in the late seventies was followed by 10 years of stagnant prices. Seattle experienced a second short bubble in the late 1980s. The market slowed considerably in the early 1990s, only to take off again in 1998. Currently, prices need to fall 29 percent to return to their long run trend growth.
